Data Deletion Request

You have the right to delete your account and all data associated with it. Deletion is IRREVERSIBLE — progress, notes and chats are all lost.

1. Delete it yourself (fastest)

• While signed in, a "Permanently delete my account" button appears at the bottom of this page. Enter your password (not required if you signed up with Google, Facebook or Apple and never set one), type your username to confirm, and everything is erased IMMEDIATELY — no waiting.
• Same from the mobile app: Profile → this page.

2. Or request by e-mail

• If you cannot sign in, send an e-mail to batuchiny@gmail.com with the subject "Delete account".
• You must include your username. For verification, send it from the e-mail address registered on the account.
• We confirm receipt and delete the data within 7 working days.

3. What is deleted

• Account data: username, e-mail, phone, password, profile and cover images.
• All learning data: word progress, level, daily activity, notes, likes, goals.
• Social content: chat messages, feed posts, comments, reactions, friend connections.
• Notification tokens, login logs, PDF and other requests.
• Data received from Google, Facebook or Apple (ID, name, e-mail) and the link to those accounts. For Apple sign-in we also revoke Learby's authorization with Apple.

4. What may remain

• Data inside backups is removed automatically within 30 days.
• Messages quoted by other people in public chat, or records we must keep for legal reasons (for example a dispute or a security investigation), may remain. You will be told if this applies.

5. Alternatives to deletion

• If you only want to stop notifications, turn them off in the app settings.
• If you want a break but wish to keep your account, simply stop signing in — your data stays as it is.
